"New Haven Style" APIZZA
New Haven Connecticut is home to some of the top pizza joints in the entire world and I was fortunate enough to enjoy them for over 60 years. New Haven style apizza (pronounced "Ah beetz") is characterized by thin crust and slightly charred around the crust edges for extra flavor.
Every single item on our menu is made 100% fresh from scratch or locally sourced. From the dough balls I mix and roll myself to the meats and vegetables I use from area butchers and farm stands. What truly sets us apart is the level of attention we put into every event. We realize that you have choices when it comes to catering but I assure you that hiring Crust is a decision you will not regret. PIZZA EVENT PRICING
Parties with up to 30 guests - $850 minimum
Additional guests are charged at $20pp
Parties of 55 guests - $1,350 minimum
Additional guests are charged at $15pp
An average party runs approximately 3.5 to 4 hours
(Pizza served for 2 hours)

- A deposit of $250 is required to reserve your date
